How do i start?

I don't have a credit card, or don't want to use my credit card for online purchases, what can I do?

We don't accept credit card and cheques.

We accept EFT and direct bank deposit as valid forms of payment. When you complete your order you will find our banking details and reference nr/Order nr.

Please note however, you need to place an order with us through our website first. This will let us give you an order number to use as a reference on your transaction.

Where can i check my order? 

Click "My Account"

Click "Show all orders"

after that you will get all the detail, and your order status, e.g.: order process, payment received, package, delivery and tracking number will also show there.

When can I receive my parcel.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours.

Please note:  No order will be processed before payment clears in our bank account.
